  • Identified the public-router bottleneck and built a 2.5G/10G internal-only network, offloading over 90 % of traffic, boosting bandwidth 130× (2.5 Mb/s → 325.5 Mb/s), and sharply improving response times.

  • Architected unified AWS platform dismantling data silos via centralized Data Lake + RAG AI service.
  • Built governance foundation using Lake Formation & automated Glue ETL.

  • Migrated the local system to AWS EC2, which resolved the critical Single Point of Failure (SPOF)
